LinC Yarra Valley exists for these moments. With practical help, steady connection, and a local network that knows how to show up.
How LinC Yarra Valley Crisis Support can help
The LinC Yarra Valley Crisis Support is designed to connect eligible residents in the Yarra Valley are to support they need when life feels unsteady. If you are experiencing distress due to isolation, health issues, homelessness, or financial or family crises, we may be able to help with:

fresh and pantry food items (including frozen meals and food delivery)

bill help and petrol vouchers

a listening ear
-
referrals to local support agencies

social connection through volunteering

access to a supportive local church network
Please note: This is not an emergency service, and we do not provide immediate response services.
What we can do is help you take the next practical step, and the next one after that, so you are not navigating alone.

LinC’s bill help and budgeting support is designed to assist with one-off help.
How to access Crisis Support and bill help

Leave a message and the team will be in contact within 7 days.
Please note: the Crisis Support intake line is closed during school holidays, and LinC is closed on public holidays.
You can also visit one of LinC’s five social supermarkets for the first time without registering, and speak with a volunteer on the day.
A practical note: bill help and petrol vouchers have limited availability, and are available for eligible residents living in the following postcodes: 3799, 3797, 3139, 3140, 3138, 3777.
