Welcoming Open Door at Zac’s Place

We’re delighted to welcome Open Door at Zac’s Place as a member of the LinC Yarra Valley network. Located at 2438 Warburton Highway, Yarra Junction, Open Door at Zac’s Place is a warm and inclusive Christian community where everyone is invited to belong, explore faith, and build meaningful relationships.

Zac’s Place was planted in 2018 by the Yarra Valley Chapter of God’s Squad Christian Motorcycle Club as a church in and for the Community of the Upper Yarra Valley. The ethos of Zac’s Place is caught up in this quote from them: “We believe that Jesus came to start a Movement that is centred on spiritual and social revolution. Jesus introduced a new way of connecting with God (the Spiritual revolution) that resulted in social and community change as we learn to love one another (the social revolution).”

Their openness to people, faith, and community life beautifully aligns with the heart of LinC Yarra Valley. We’re deeply thankful to the team at Zac’s Place for stepping into partnership with us as a LinC Yarra Valley member – bringing their gifts, commitment, and love for the Yarra Valley region. Together, we believe great things can happen when communities of faith work side-by-side.

With strong roots in Yarra Junction and the broader Upper Yarra region, Open Door at Zac’s Place brings deep local knowledge, relationships, and a trusted community presence. Through their Sunday gatherings, drop-in centre, and social supermarket, Open Door at Zac’s Place is already meeting real community needs. Their membership will help strengthen and extend that important work. Their belief that “we all need a place to belong” resonates deeply with our mission to create spaces where faith, hope, and connection intersect.
