We do not provide immediate services.

  • Call 000 if someone is seriously injured or in need of urgent medical help, if your life or property is being threatened or if you have just witnessed a serious accident or crime.
  • Text 106 if you need to Text an Emergency Call. You can call from teletypewriters.
  • Call 132 500 for storm and flood assistance.
  • Call 131 444 to contact Police other than in an emergency.

How can LinC Yarra Valley help me?

We assist eligible residents in the Yarra Valley and Mooroolbark region of Victoria with:

  • fresh and pantry food items, frozen meals and food delivery
  • bill help and petrol vouchers
  • social connection through our social supermarkets and church network’s outreach programs
  • volunteer opportunities
  • playgroup in Yarra Junction on Fridays during the school term for families with pre-school aged children

Please note – we are not an emergency service and the majority of our programs are run by our volunteer team and church network.

How do I get support from LinC Yarra Valley?

Call 0472 644 476 from 10am-1pm Tuesday – Friday during the school term for assistance with fresh food, bill help, petrol vouchers and referrals to local crisis support services.  Leave a message and we will be in contact within 7 days. Find out more here.

Do I need to register to attend one of the social supermarkets for the first time?

No. Please come along to the social supermarket closest to you and introduce yourself to one of our friendly team members. Please remember to bring your own bags. Find out more here.

Can I drop into your office to get help?

No. Our team work remotely and will contact you to discuss your needs.
