If you are experiencing distress due to isolation, short or long term health issues, homelessness, financial or family crises and live in the Yarra Valley or Mooroolbark region, you may be eligible to access support from one of our services. Our team and church network can provide:
Fresh and pantry food items, frozen meals, food delivery
Bill help and petrol vouchers
A listening ear
Referrals to local support agencies
Social connection by volunteering
Access to a supportive local church network

Once our friendly and caring team understand your specific needs, we can arrange access to our services, connect you to the local community and refer you to our network of agencies for housing, mental health and allied health, legal support, family and domestic violence support, and advice for budgeting and debt issues.
